Just in case you haven’t noticed with my many summer Instagram snaps, I’m a huge fan of a good Aperol Spritz – who isn’t?

But when it comes to finding the perfect Spritz in Melbourne – where is the best place to go?

While I’m always on the lookout for a great new spot – I do have several faves.

Here’s my top 7 places to enjoy the perfect Aperol Spritz this summer:

Why not make it yourself next time you’re hosting a shindig?

It’s as easy as 3 – 2 – 1…

Here’s what you need:

  • Aperol
  • Prosecco -My absolute favourite is the Anica Vigna, from Winebubble
  • Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Sliced orange

Method:

Take a wine glass or stemless glass, add 60ml of Aperol, 90ml of Prosecco and 30ml of soda.

Fill the glass with ice

Finish off with a beautiful fresh orange wedge.

Voila!
